Lohmann LSL Classic
Lohmann LSL Classic is a commercial layer chicken breed developed by Lohmann Tierzucht, a German poultry breeding company. The LSL stands for "Lohmann Selected Leghorn," and the breed is a result of a cross between White Leghorn and White Plymouth Rock breeds. Lohmann LSL Classic Layers are known for their high egg production rates, with the ability to lay up to 330 eggs per year, weighing around 55-60 grams each.
These birds are also known for their calm and docile temperament, making them easy to handle and manage on a commercial farm.
